- Plant data: if you send us refrigeration plant data for analysis, we use it only to prepare that analysis for you and treat it as confidential.

- To reply to your enquiry (legitimate interests).
- To send our occasional newsletter, if you subscribe (consent). You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in every email.
Who we share it with
We don't sell your data. We use trusted providers to run the website, our email and our newsletter (Lovable, Gmail, Mailchimp). Some of these may process data outside the UK, under appropriate safeguards.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry correspondence for as long as needed to deal with it and any follow-up relationship, and newsletter details until you unsubscribe.
